Hi Andrew, Also looking at this topic for my project. Found the Roadstar DRS-22 with installation depth of only 35mm, so it would fit also with a larger radio. Hope the thing with pictures works. Here is the manifold of my 4.2 S1 project. Diameters look different to yours. I have to say they came in boxes of and I have not assembled the engine yet.

Might be worth checking if the old sealer ring is still inside the manifold (don’t ask why I am asking.).

Hi Simon, It is some time since I assembled the gearbox and it is an S1, but the parts book confirms: the double coil spring washer goes between the pivot jaw and the tufnol washer.
