Misfire on my car with a 123 turned out to be a faulty regulator over charging.I changed plug wires plugs new dizzy cap stripped carbs coil .The over charging was causing the ignition to have the problem after the drain on the battery after starting, once battery was fully charged within a few miles...

Coupe. I only ever wanted a fhc e type after my Dad had his Bosses car for weekend when I was very young .I think that most cars look better as coupe,Mercedes 300SL is good example.

Has anyone managed to do this job with the prop shaft in place?I first tried c frame screw tool just managed to bend the tool next I tried a double arm screw extractor moved the joint 1.5 mm with a long breaker and five white knuckles pressure would not budge any further. I think the only way is to ...

black plastic sleeving for loom tangs
Hi can anyone tell where i can get the black plastic sleeving that goes on the fixed body tangs that secure wiring loom in place.I tried some shrink wrap but it was too thin.

I had a problem of a misfire with a 123.I did everything plugs coil carbs fuel supply dizzy cap leads it turned out to be a faulty regulator allowing overcharging this caused micro spikes in the electrics causing the misfire.I found the info on there web site also cap should be replaced every 30000 ...

Hi can anyone tell me if the heater flaps under the dash are meant to be body colour or black, I thought they where body colour but have seen some pictures that show them black?My car was made in November 62.

Hi can anyone tell me the length of the outer choke cable for a 3.8 FHC .Mine seems to short, has to be routed across heater flap.Ordered a new one, outer cable only measures 27 inches seems to short as well?
