Thanks Steve, however, like all the other sites I've found that appear to sell it, when you try and order its out of stock.

Re: Coolant Recomendations?
Many thanks for the advice.
I'll try using Hexael although I was hoping that someone could suggest where I might get 2 year Bluecol in 5 litre containers as that is what I have used before.

Re: Coolant Recomendations?
I've used 2 year Bluecol in the past but am struggling to find any for sale in 5 litre containers.
Does anyone know who stocks it or can recommend an alternative.
Many thanks.

Traversée de Paris
Hi All My wife and I are planning on taking part in this year's Summer Traversée de Paris in our Etype. This will be our first time doing this event and I wondered if anyone has taken part previously and if so, if they have any advice or stories to tell. We will be staying Paris for three days and t...

Christmas Adventure
So, what do you do on Christmas Day when our now grown up "children" are spending the day with their respective partners' families? You jump in the Etype and drive into Central London to see the sights ofcourse! We had a fabulous day and as always Audrey (named after that other 60's iconic beauty) s...

Re: Cooling Fan
Many thanks for your responses. It sounds as though the fan running on after the ignition has been switched is ok but what i'm not clear on is whether there is any need or benefit to it doing so. Do other fans continue to run when the engine has stopped or is it just the Kenlow that has this feature?

Cooling Fan
Hi all
My Series 2 has a single Kenlowe Fan which will often continue running for up to 10 minutes after the ignition has been switched off. Is this normal / necessary as it must result in a significant drain on the battery?
Thanks for any advice

Hi Kevin
You might want to try Keith at K & N Classics in Bosham. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Always busy which is a good sign!

Re: E60 Disappointment
Many thanks Steve The car is currently with Keith at K & N Classics in Bosham who is replacing the old Petronix distributor, which had apparently failed, with a new 123 distributor. Hopefully this will solve the problem and I won't suffer any of the issues with 123s that some others have reported. G...

Re: E60 Disappointment
Many thanks Christopher.
The coil and electronic ignition unit have been on the car for at least six years so I don't think that the problem will be a lack of compatability.
I will try a new coil and rotor arm from the Distributor Doctor and hope that solves the problem.

E60 Disappointment
Apologies for the misleading title. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday at the E60 celebrations and our thanks and congratulations go to Philip and his team. Our disappointment stems from the fact that whilst we were at E60, our Etype was not! Our plan was to spend Friday night at a nearby Air...

Hi Bernie
If it's the same as Series 2 black hardura, try Martrim Ltd. They sell it by the sheet.

Re: I've sprung an unusual leak!
Many thanks for the advice I've removed the old heat exchanger which was in a pretty sorry state so I've ordered a new one from SNG. The inside of the heater box was in pretty good condition but I have nevertheless sent it off to be powdercoated. I had replaced the insulation around the exchanger a ...

I've sprung an unusual leak!
Hi All I noticed a small amount of coolant had leaked out of the heater box and on investigation discovered that coolant was seeping out through the end panel of matrix. See photo: https://i.postimg.cc/nLFF3XNS/20200612-141207.jpg Any suggestions as to what would have caused this leak and any advice...
