Hello,
I have the same "problem" on my 3.8 pos earth with new wiring loom fitted.
green/brown = L
light green = P (2 wires)
green = B (X on my new flasher unit)
Just to say Robert, you're not alone.
Regards
Dirk

Engine cyl n? 3 and 4 are not working and fuel tank will be empty in a short time when trying to get at home by driving the car ! Tha...

fuel problem
Hi On my 3.8 fuel is coming out of the overflow pipe from the centre carburettor. I have fitted the float chamber lid from the front carburettor to the centre one with no result. May I suggest that the problem is not caused by the needle ? Carbs had a complete rebuild and car has covered less than 1...

3.8 roadster boot lid emblem position
I have to drill the holes in my new boot lid to fit the "Jaguar" emblem.
Who wants to measure for me the distance from the upper edge of the
boot lid to the upper side of the emblem. I would like to have the emblem
fitted on the correct place.
Many thanks

spare wheel clamp lenght
My spare wheel clamp is 8.7 cm long measured from the underside of
the clamp plate to top of thread. It's to short to hold the 5" spare wheel.
Who knows if I have the correct one ?

exterior mirror
Hi everybody,
Till now I have no drivers experience in E types. Is it useful to fit
an exterior mirror on the door or is it ok with interior mirror only ?
What's your experience ?

heater box airflap linkage
I have just installed a new heater box to my '64 car. The airflap does
not move when I operate the "OFF-AIR-ON" handle on the dash.
I would like to know how the axle of the airflap is linked with the
heater box lever whereon the cable is attached ? What am I missing here ?
