Re: This does not feel right

Typical pre- pack arrangement. Leaves an unpleasant taste. However, in these days of social media power, I’d suggest the bigger fuss you and others can make, the better..... This company will fail if enough previous customers make enough noise... “goodwill” goes both ways. As an example, I’d not tou...

Re: Rotor arm identification

Save yourself a heap of heartache down the line and go to the distributor doctor and get one of his.

It won’t short out or break... excellent service and you’ll get it quickly too!

Re: Ignition Lead Set

Colin Basically with electronic ignition you shouldn’t use copper core leads. You need a surpressed set (silicon etc) so they don’t upset the electronics. I’ve got pertronix on mine with modern leads that are surpressed but look original. As for your question on the brass screws, mine came from SNG ...

Re: Ignition Lead Set

https://i.postimg.cc/ZRQ48thF/image.jpg Hopefully this helps? The brass screw simply screws into the end of the lead, into the conductor. Don’t forget to push the acorn plug on first! Mine had a slight misfire on acceleration..... did everything on the ignition side, but it just got worse over time...

Welcome! Put your name and car details in your signature so we know a bit about you....... I had a AM V8 vantage roadster from new in 2007 and was lucky enough to see it being built in the factory. Re: Slow fuel pump?

Had one of those annoying “cant find the fault” scenarios last summer, which turned out to eventually be the pump in my S2 on its way out... replaced it and all was fine again.... A click every seven seconds when the bowl is empty sounds much too slow... it should click like a ratchet until it’s ful...
