Re: New to Forum - Englishman in Belgium

Hi Gordon,
A late welcome from a fellow etype enthusiast, living also near Antwerp, near the Trappist abbey :-)
Give me a shout should you need help or in finding good mechanic here in Belgium.
Cheers

Hi all, My name is Erik Luysterborg ( erikantwerp) and I have been quite inactive for quite some years but luckily still have my good old etype fhc series one 4.2 . I just wanted to reintroduce myself briefly as I recently found the time to not only upgrade my car but also to enjoy driving it again ...

Welcome to Spring time

Hi all,

I just wanted to welcome spring time again. It has been a while since we saw him (her) and to me seeing him again makes me somehow feel happy that etype driving season can officially start....

I am going to honour his arrival with a good washing of my etype !!

:-)

Cheers

Hi Ian,
Also from tiny Belgium a warm welcome to the forum. You have indeed some great looking cars although I may need to differ of opinion on s1 versus s3 ride etc.
You can guess which one I, in a very objective maner off course, prefer.

All the best !

By the way, I happen to be today in San Francisco (only for two days on business unfortunately). Love the change of weather from rainy Belgium to sunny California (including a 4.3 earthquake this mroning) !!

Hi all,

I loved the spitfire video, fun stuff.

David, agree to a certain point, but I bought them at 8.99 GBP and even only for the sound of the machines and seeing them in a real "on the road" setting, it is not bad TV :)
cheers
Erik

PS: Tony, if in any doubt, yes, I like them !
