Many thanks for all your reply’s and information, much appreciated. My conclusion is to fix my gearbox, rather to replaced it with a series 2 gearbox. EP 90 oil is used for my gearbox. angelw on this forum send me a pm with a solution to fix this noise in my gearbox. Hope it will help. viewtopic.php...

Anne, buy these from B.A.S. International ( http://www.car-hood.co.uk/plastic-mouldings ).
There surely fits, those from sng are flimsy and not fitting well.
