Thanks for your prompt reply Christopher.

I definitely do not want to be in a club that is not down to earth & friendly.
I just want to have a destination to drive to and have a chat and a laugh

Many Thanks Brian :wavegreatbritain: :wavegreatbritain:

Re: REAR HATCH RUST.

Hi Christopher ,

Thanks for your prompt reply ! The rust is only cosmetic and only discovered whilst car was being given a
final detailing before getting ready for the UK roads. Everything structural looks fine on the car.

Many Thanks Brian. :wavegreatbritain: :wavegreatbritain:

REAR HATCH RUST.

Hi All , Whilst preparing my recently acquired 1971 V12 LHD IMPORT I have discovered some rust on the body. The problem area is inside the rear tailgate hatch underneath the rubber seal on the main car body at the bottom of the hatch on the lip. The drain hole is clear at bottom of the hatch and the...

Re: FUEL PUMP XKE 1971

Hi Guys , Thanks for all your replies to my message with regard to fuel pump.
How important is the PSI and flow rate ? I have found one on e-bay for £29.95.
The PSI IS 6 and a flow rate of 40 gallons per hour , is this OK ? Thanks :helpsign: :helpsign:

FUEL PUMP XKE 1971

The fuel pump on my newly imported e type is in need of replacement.
The O.E replacement from local jaguar spares suppliers is expensive.
The one fitted is not an original and can be replaced at a fraction of cost.
Any advice please ? Many Thanks.
