Darryl...your thermostat dosnt look closed....it has a gap thus giving you 13mm if completely closed it would be more like 11mm.... Steve

Hi Phil..yes sounds like simple maths but we're talking thousands of an inch...yes you torqued the bearing caps but what torque were they befor? Did you look close at the shims. Typically a slight circular indentation forms where they sit on the valve so this needs to be factored in especially if yo...
