Hi...i think you will find that the switch on the back of the steering column lock is held in be a tiny screw.....very difficult to see......Steve

Hi Steve...you dont have to remove any trim to look at the side of the tunnel to see if you have access hole for gearbox.....you just lift the carpets.......Removing any trim is not really that difficult.....if you do want access to the gearbox top then its quite straight forward to remove the conso...

Hi Simon...yes you can get an aluminium tool...you will need a large socket and breaker bar to use it....lots of info in this thread....Lionel is the chap that makes them..his contact number is in the last post......for the standard federal style tool i put a thick rag over the spinner then fit the ...
