It really is one of those questions that if i had said no you dont need to bleed then someone would have posted yes you may introduce air.......Haveing to ask for step by step instructions to replace the hoses im asuming that Ian probably dosent know what fluid is in the system....so to avoid mixing...

Hi Ian...you will need to bleed the systems...assuming that you brake fluid could also possibly do with replacing.....drain fluid from brakes and clutch..open nipples( one at a time) and pump out the fluid ( or if you have a vacume suck it out)..close nipples...remove sweating hoses and replace with...

Hi Tony....front camber is 1/4 deg plus or minus 1/2deg positive so anyware in the range 1/4neg to 3/4 pos is how i read the manual....also camber for each wheel not to vary by more than 1/2 deg....and yes one 1/16 shim approx 1/4 deg.....so yes 3 shims should get you to 1/2 deg pos both sides....St...

Hi Stuart...the hatch seal is glued in place....the drain hole at the bottom center where the hatch seal fits should have a tube brazed to it and exits behind the rear number plate.... Steve

If you want your E type or other classic checked over properly then take it somewhere that understands the cars they are checking......if you just want the piece of paper (mot certicicate) then any mot station will do...I know of quite a few old classics taken for an mot that passed becaus the teste...
