Only slow speed. Stops on fast speed. Engine running or full ignition on.

My wipers only work on one speed. Could that be the switch, or is it likely to be something else.

My hazard lights don't flash but stay on permanently when switched on. Indicators work fine. Is that a faulty switch or faulty relay
