The car from Slovakia definitely exists,Iwas there about two hours ago.it is located in a restoration shop in Ostrava where my 3.8 fhc is beeing now serviced

I had the same problem.I had there copper washers but it was still leaking,then I used same style nuts as used on cam cowers and it is no more leaking.

I had there spacers(same size as used on headlamp scoops)on my 63 FHC
but really dont know if they were factory fit.

I think the glovebox on the bottom side is secured to the dash with copper split rivets with distance washers between the dash panel and glovebox

Chris,on mine a october 63 FHC the lower part is fixed with two copper split rivets with distance spacers between the liner and the dash panel.
