Re: Rear tailgate seal
Hi Kev,
Many thanks for this, I think looking at the seal I would have to glue it to make it hold in place.
thanks
Pete

Re: Heater controls LHD to RHD
Hi Steve, Yes I have printed this off, it's a very good guide, but I cannot see any reference as to if the cables remains as is or not. Do you know if the heater flap and control valve are always operated from the left hand side of the car? So for example on a LHD car the control to operate the flap...

Heater controls LHD to RHD
Hi Wonder if anyone can help? I am in the process of converting my car from LHD to RHD I have purchased the new dash panel and glove box, and it would seem the control cables for the heater are now moved to the new speedo dash on the right hand side. At the moment in the existing set up I have two c...

Front Caliper seals
Hi guys, Wonder if anyone has come across this problem before... I am rebuilding my front calipers and i have bought a new seal kit. A couple of weeks ago I rebuilt the N/S caliper and it went together OK, bit awkward getting the outer piston covers on, but once I understood the process it went OK a...

Re: Gearbox bellhousing
Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback, glad I posted the pictures.
The seller on E bay does have the correct bell housing, he is sending a replacement
Maybe my existing starter motor will fit this when it arrives
many thanks

Re: Gearbox bellhousing
Hi Steve,
Yes just checked, your right, the person I bought it off sold them as a "pair" although they came in separate packages and I have not tried "mating" them until now.
Just mailed the seller.
Will let you know the outcome
thanks
Peter

Re: What engine and box?
Hi Guys, Many thanks for the welcome and the information. I will have a look through the technical section, good to know the exact difference in length. Geoff the example gearbox for sale, I would obviously need a bell housing, but I look through the technical posts and read more on it. Steve, re re...
