Thanks, That was a scenario that i had not thought of, if that had happened it may be possible to work out/ find out which car was originally fitted with gearbox EB 102 JS as it must have been one of the first production cars or an early pre-production car. Hi, I have just started to take my Jan 62 RHD FHC apart and it confirmed that the number punched on the gearbox is EB 102 JS, this matches the Data Plate and the Jaguar Heritage Certificate.
