Jay Lenos car certainly had some extensive work done, I think the American Laws must be easier regarding modifications.

This would definatly be classed as not useing the original unmodified chassis/monocoque and 5 points must come from having the original or new and unmodified chassis, monocoque bodyshell or frame..... Hmm, value for me doesn't really come into it as the car isn't worth much as it is anyway. It's more about finding a potential way to realise my life's dream.
