Steve, all Many thanks for your response. I purchased a new interior from Aldrigde for the rear wheel arches incl. backing foam, piping. The sheet metal inner wheel arch is original, but re-painted and still fits very nicely. I removed the original foam padding from the original interior trim which ...

Hello,
many thanks - I have been confused by the number starting with a "P..." as I knew that the original Jaguar number starting with a "C..."

The front flange has 4 holes - I need to check the clearances in the next days.

Dear all, I am new to this forum and I am currently restoring an E Type Series 1. As the cylinder has been distorted, I just got hold of a new one with a pair of camshafts. Now, I would appreciate if you could help me in identifying the camshaft. the following numbers are stamped on it: P 31818 A BM...
