Good news is my windscreen is on its way to me, Nick has been great at keeping me updated on its progress in their factory.
They are also three weeks sooner than quoted another bonus .
If the fit is as good as their customer service I will be very happy.

Just an update re the Nodiz Pro. They do not currently support it for 6 cylinder engines even though that's what the web site states. They have said they are working on the programing to get it to work & that may be ready in about 6-8 weeks. Odd thing though is the web site also states it can take M...

Steve.
Have you fitted one of the NODIZ units to an E-type, or do you know some one who has.
It would be good to get some feed back.
Thanks Neal.

I have just removed the glass from my mirror to replace the arm , although my car is 1965 with a different arm to yours.
Yes you can just spring the case apart I slid a knife blade around the case under the glass very carefully and the glass comes out.

Guy. Webcon are about to launch a kit based around their PRO5 ECU. They say it will include every thing needed to fit to an E-type, brackets/trigger wheel/sensor loom etc just bolt on. It will be ready they say at the end of the month, don't know a price yet. I was planning to go the trigger wheels ...

Many thanks David & Angus for all the work put in to this.
My car still on its original screen could do with a replacement but I have not done so due to all the known problems with the replacements.
Great news for all E-type owners.

Many thanks for the feed back Steve, looks like I may have a set of 205's going spare some time soon. I purchased them before I joined the forum, some four years ago.
I have 6" wide rims but I think the 185 will fit OK.

I had no trouble when I used my heritage certificate as proof of year of manufacture, & it had the last owners name on it not mine.

New Oil Pressure Sender Supply

A few days ago my oil pressure sender packed up it was a number of years old though. After checking it was just the sender I checked the forum for advice, I was about to go for the wet gauge but thought I would see if the JEC gauge/sender was being supplied again. Ken Jenkins is now supplying all th...

I have made them in the past by using a larger st/steel P clip 18mm dia & removing the rubber lining, then get three pieces of bar the same dia as the pipes & gently using a vice close up the P clip around the three bits of bar you may need to put a taper punch in the hole to make the hole line up w...
