Hi Angus........the OTS is a US conversion.....dont know if it makes a difference? shouldnt think so.........the slide of the spline only allows the prop to be slid in & clear the Diff flange by about 1-1 1/2in so not enough to allow flange to come off........Can the prop be dissconnected at the gea...

Diff input seal
Hi Guys......just working with a friend on his s2 OTS......is it possible to replace the Diff input seal in situ?.....undun the prop at the diff but cant get it out of the way far enough to remove the i/p flange.....am I missing something before the IRS comes out.....Thanks Steve

Hi Graham.......Just sent the details of the handbrake mod courtesy of Dave Kerr to your e mail....David (Heuer) havent done the mod myself as only recieved it from D Kerr after Id fitted the IRS.....Have you received the details I e-mailed you....(im having a bit of trouble with my sent mail)...Steve

Hi Tim.......Just set my suspension on my S2 2 + 2 so it will probably not be the same for your S1 2+2 However when i was making up my setting links i was quite confused as to what length to make them.....i have the Jag workshop manual (green one) & it has supplement sections for the different model...

Hi All.........Been looking through the workshop manual & can only find the timing settings for the 3.8......this shows 10deg static.....& the distributor giving max 12deg mechanical.....is this the same for the 4.2 ( 9:1 comp) also what is the dynamic range at 2krpm & 3krpm cant seem to see this in...

Hi All......Had a great drive out in the Shropshire hills today nice and quiet on the back roads so could really try it out.....first long run since the rebuild of the IRS & everything else under the bonnet exept the engine. Hi All Im after a replacement heat shield for the one in the photo that has a piece cut out in the corner & also one end broken off....Its from my RHD 69 S2 2+2 & fits between the upper & lower frame rails between the exhaust manifold & the servo I keep being offered the one for a LHD that the brake...
