Windscreen issue

I've got information on the fact that the size of a Triplex windscreen could be an issue. I've been in touch with someone who says his windscreen, brand new, was too large.
Does anybody have got a similar issue?
What about the Pilkington Triplex quality?

Front caliper seals

I'm preparing all the parts which have to be zing plated.
I've open the 2 front calipers ( the car is an S3) to remove the pistons.
However, between the 2 half calipers there are 2 small o rings. They will have to be changed.
Does someone know where can I buy them?

Marek, The sites around Megasquirt are amaizing in term of information. This system seems to be fantastic and not too expensive to be used on a V12. What kind of improvement have you got on your car? Was it not too hard to tune and definine the best mapping for fuel? Have you done all by yourself? L...

I 've found circlips with a thickness of 1.25mm. It sounds good. I've been able to place all of them easily.
Lets go to the next issue!

Cheers

Hi, I confirm also that the underneath is painted in black underseal. It is a real nightmare to remove it. I' was surprise to find on my car that there was only a single very thin coat of primer or a maybe a color coat. On a such car finding a so leight protection is amaizing. But this is what was d...

I've changed the 2 bearings ( a small one and a bigger ) and I have to define the thickness from the spacer to be used. The original one is not enough thick and I do not have the "JD15" tool. How to do? I dont want ...
