Hi all,
I've a question on the oil pressure sensor. I do use the one from the XJS V12 engine on my E Type. At idle pressure read on the gauge is close from 20 lbs only. I suspect that the sender must be changed for an E Type one.
Thank you for your remarks.

Re: V12 ECU
Hi Colin,
yes I do have this, it is the "94 XJS Model Year Update S83" doc. I've a few other ones talking about the XJS V12.
PM me your email address.
Regards
Michel

Re: Fuel injection on the V12 engine
If you are using the original ECU you maybe have no option but to use the original injectors? The high impedance injector you are proposing has flowrate 280 cc/min compared to the original injectors 190 cc/min, also will have different open/close characteristic. So, with the original ECU these inje...

Re: Fuel injection on the V12 engine
I was initially on the way to use a modern EFI/Ignition solution to manage my XJS V12 on my S3 E Type. I finally decided to keep the original Lucas and Marelly equipements which come with the engine. During my research on the web I have found what looks like a solution to avoid easily the low impeda...

Re: V12 ECU
So, now all the XJS wires have been extended, shorten, canceled depending of their origin/Not use status/destination. After a weak ground issue :scratchheadyellow: , a contact into on of the amplifier connector pusched which gave a wrong ignition on 1 banc :questionmarks: , a fuel pump issue ( + on ...

Re: V12 ECU
Hello Marek I ve purchased the Aj6 guide to convert the E with EFI. Very usefull. But a bit frustrate because not enough information on the Magnetti Marelli equipment. Re: V12 ECU
Yes Philip, I remember the pictures you sent me.
As you can finally see, I've kept the Jag ECUs. This is far more simple
