Hi I want to repaint my jack in its original colour .The jack is a metallifacture with the attached handle, its a blue grey colour is there a paint that's a good match.

I have just finished putting on a short slave cylinder perfect. Because of the great advice from forum members who cleared up which cylinder would work, job done.

No valve inside cylinder, part no 3232-648c its just the same parts as the small one inside.

My Pushrod is 95mm long and a return spring was fitted. So i can just use the short version?

Hi my 3.8 has the long version of the slave cylinder not the short one, is there any problem with this? It has always worked well but now has just started to weep.

I use my car on RS5s all the time, i like the look of an E TYPE on tall skinny tyres.

I was there at Goodwood. Mine is standard,sat nav does get in the way when using Cigar socket.My car now looks like its complelted a rally stage the mud on the roads getting out Goodwood was awful.

Hi I have original PL 700 and use halogen bulbs. Paul Goff sells the correct pre focus fitting bulbs,with up graded wattage.

Hi, you need two different size stamps, one for engine and gearbox etc and one for valve clearances. To make it look original, don't make positioning of letters and numbers to perfect.

Hi i use meguiars nxt generation all metal polish.I use cotton wool rather than a cloth to apply it, less fine scratches when finished.

With lazer scanning and resin prototyping its possible to make one 100 per cent accurate copies of most parts.If the companies said they needed so many firm orders to produce more expensive but accurate parts.i would be interested as i think would many others.

Why make parts that are substandard, not fit for intended use. We want parts that are close to originals as possible not the rubbish thats often passed off for jaguar e type spares.
