To keep things simple with the dvla it would probably be simpler to register a left hand drive import befor any modifications are made ( apart from lens covers to get mot etc)....I know this dosnt help you but it may others.....The thing to beware of is that modifications to a vehicle be it LHD or R...

That reaction plate looks like an accident waiting to happen...the design looks totally inadequate. .i would get it removed asap.......as iv said befor..i really cant see the point of fitting one unless you are useing the car on a track and wanting to change the ride hight regularly .... Hi....what battery do you have...is it tbe correct or larger spec....you have 14 v out from the alternator so thats charging ok...the fans do draw a lot of power....i would get battery checked or replace it first if its 4/5 years old..Steve

Hi..The small beehive valve that you found is the balance valve....which operates if the filter becomes blocked the relief valve operates if the oil pressure is too high....im not actually sure how easy is should be to actually operate the valve by hand (screwdriver) i assume you could calculate thi...

Hi Tadek.....is your timing pointer set at 10deg btdc (static)on the crank pully...and your vernier scale on the vacume unit set to the mid point...Steve

I questioned if it was actually a S3 diff and therefore a LSD...you never know with a 50 year old car if things are original....
