Hi Rory No consellation but having bought the "genuine Jaguar" version of the small roll bar bushes I had to then buy an 11.1mm drill by to ream each one out as they were all tight on the original 7/16 bolts...the "usual" supplier went to test both this version and the "cheap" aftermarket version an...

i took the clutch cover off this evening flywheel is original, with the same numbering as shown on the cylinder head, and with a discoloured and slightly pitted surface to both it and the pressure plate 9i hope i have that name correct) the friction plate doesn't look particularly worn, with around ...

Good to know it's OK to push them inwards.....Brute force with a socket and a lump hammer has shifted 3 of the cups slightly, so at least the principle seems to work...garage floor is taking a pounding and showing the marks too..😊...have left them with some penetrating oil overnight...lets see what ...
