#1 Hello!

Post by Jagman70e » Sat May 06, 2017 4:57 pm

Hello to all my fellow E-Type owners
I have finally decided to take the plunge and do a nut and bolt restoration of a 1970 series 2 roadster with original hardtop. I've so far stripped her down, did some welding and sent her for paint. Nothing too bad has popped up yet. Suprisingly very little rust except in the sills which I've replaced oh, and a rotted radius arm cup. Now I have plastic boxes full of parts that need degreasing and cleaning and see whats what. I'm sure you all will be hearing from me from now on with various questions. And if I can answer any during my journey please ask. Let the ulcers begin lol.
Kind regards, Stuart

From a fellow Stuart and E Type owner/restorer.

Good luck on your journey. It will be painful and joyous in equal measure.
