Hi , may names Greg and If its got wheels and an engine its of interest .
I have spotted an E Type ( roadster I beleive its called ) in a scrapyard in London. It doesnt look in the best of nick but it does look complete from a distance( I have only seen it from a train ) I plan to go and see if I can speak to someone at the yard and see what they are asking for it .
I don`t want to restore it but would hate to see it lost forever .I will post the pics and if anyone is interested please get in touch.

I went and veiwed one the other day drove down the guys street all 2 bed terraces he had one on the corner I got out my car and was worried about leaving it

when in his back yard through big gates covered in barbed wire, in the yard was a new ?51k motorhome he opened up a nearly falling down garage in front of me a vintage rolls with the e type next to it my jaw hit the floor ..
:)

I have added the photo Greg took. Anyone able to make out what the car is?

I think its a roadster David

Seriously, is that an Ali dash glinting in the sunlight? I find it hard to believe it is a genuine E Type (but have been k nown to be wrong) and would think the chances are it is a Challenger.

It's hard to tell from that distance but the rear end looks wrong and it might have outside boot hinges.

Certainly worth a look though. Greg let me know how you get on.
