So….here we are! Just over 5 years later!
Still some fettling problems to sort out…
But had its first long run this weekend and the pleasure of taking my dear old dad out for a spin….and he loved it…
Couldn’t have done it without this forum, many people kindly and patiently giving me advice and encouragement ( you know who you are!), the ‘generosity’ of my bank and the patience of my wife…!
Full restoration, conversion from LHD to RHD, auto to manual and I’m very pleased with the BRG colour…
1969 series 2, 2+2... going for a full rebuild.. Gulp...
