Nick’s V12 arrives!!! 1972 LHD Auto

Hello,
After enjoying having a good read of this excellent forum over recent weeks I’m very pleased to confirm that after many years of dreaming I now have a 1972 V12 sitting in my garage. An eBay US import with some work to do but (I hope) not too much. I hope to get it started in the next few days and then expect to pull the engine to sort out some front Bulk head rust. The plan is to do what I needs to be done to achieve a solid driver and have some fun. I expect to be asking for advice on a regular basis and looking forward to making a start. Here are a couple of collection photos.

Hi welcome here, that appears to be a good solid base to develop.

Nick, welcome to the forum and E Type ownership. Lots of advice on here, including how to convert to RHD and fitting a manual box, if those things appeal.
Rust is the big enemy, it would be wise to have someone who knows E Types (not just someone who calls themselves a classic car 'expert') to survey the car.
