No sure how far Ken Verity is away from you. Have a look at the recommended specialists on this forum.

Michael Fehr ( ? spelling ) used to deal with Es fairly regularly - perhaps more V12s than S1 and S2, and I believe he was not far from preston. Ken Verity is in Rotherham area, a long way away, and although I am full of praise for him, he has usually been so full of work that time becomes a factor

Hi,
Thanks for the replies. Yes Rotherham is a long way from me. Does anyone know contact details for Michael Fehr?

Tony.

I thought of Hutson's also, who I use regularly and have nothing but praise for , but I got the impression that this was more for general servicing requirements which by and large Hutson's don't do. However for parts, bodywork, paintwork , restoration problems including mechanical they are exceptionally good. Andy Rayner is the contact 01924 669052

I have finally managed to contact Michael Fare who is currently doing some work on my series 2 dhc. Michael would appear to have an excellent reputation with e type and xk owners, so hopefully I have found a good man to look after my cars. Ironically he lives only 5 miles from me.

Tony.
