recently took delivery of my 60th Birthday present (to myself)- a fully reconditioned 1969 Series 2 FHC 2+2.
I look forward to participating in the forum (well asking stupid questions anyway). Just ordered some new spinners and a few other cosmetic items (lost in the rebuild process) from SNG Barratt - fantastic service.
Have a great day!
David

Hi, and welcome to the forum from another '69 2+2 owner!
You'll get anything answered on here, (providing it's to do with E Types! )
Malcolm
I only fit in a 2+2, so got one!

Hi David, welcome to the forum and have fun with your 60th birthday present. Mine was a S2 FHC so can very much empathise with you.

Be aware that many repro spinners don't fit properly and may not hold the wheels properly in place. Search on the forum for spinners and you'll see various comments and advice. You might find it better to have your original ones re-chromed.

You'll see some comments here: http://forum.etypeuk.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12794

The forum has a lot of friendly, helpful advice. And we've all asked silly questions so you'll not be the first nor, by any means, the last.
