Hi . I am in the process of achieving my boyhood dream of owning a series 3 roadster .ia m very keen to give the car that aggressive look by fitting the wider tyres that are available. I also want the white banded versions. Can anyone confirm the best manufacturer of such tyres and where I can source them ?

White wall tyres are difficult to source in the UK and they will invariably have too low a speed and load rating. There are companies who can add white walls to tyres if you do a Google search.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I am using Vredestein tires and they work fine for me. Although I am using them in the original size, as I believe that larger tires don't look very authentic.

An "aggressive look" for a vintage E-Type seems like pink glitter nail polish for a distinctive old English lady - but everybody has a different taste, I guess.
