Just came across a BBC article on classic car business. Might be of interest for one or the other:

As is usual with the BBC, a. it's telling us something we have known for several years , and b. its point about US import taxes is by and large irrelevant, because the vast majority of classic car deals involve export from the US rather than the other way round
