The biscuit tin !

Do any of forum members have an old biscuit tin ( or 2) in the garage/ workshop full of surplus/ sundry/ used nuts, bolts, things which you occasionally scrabble through looking for that seldom needed item.

I’ve got a couple and know that I really should just junk them but they have got me out of trouble more than once……!

Tins of old bolts and fixings. Jars of odds n ends. Now a box of old bits from the engine rebuild! My mantra is never chuck...you just never.know when you or a mate might need a 'thingy'

Where would we be without these old tins, boxes, jars of old bits and bobs? Yes, never throw anything away as you’ll often find that one widget hiding in there that only makes itself obvious when you remember having chucked in the rubbish bin. No! Keep it all it your gash box.
Does having these define the old (real? ) engineers and mechanics

The worst thing about bits hanging around for years, tripping over them or stirring you in the face for years is that the day you want it they disappear just like magic. In the end you buy a new one and guess what happens. It uncloaks itself. Black magic is what I call it.

PS. I have worked out. E types are made from old Clingon ships that still have there ability to cloak and uncloak when being looked for.

Are Clingon ships similar to Klingon ones?

Certainly not, these klingon ships are spelt with a C.
