Nice little graphic of many of the famous racetracks of the world (not just F1 ones):

They're all to scale. Le Mans and the Nurburgring look big until you realise the whole thing is contained within the Isle of Man TT course!

Also of note are Avus and (not strictly speaking a circuit) Pikes Peak.
