I have been asked by a friend to look out for the above desribed part- anyone. Source ? Limora / SC parts have denied, its not available. SNG lists it as "not available".

I think you may find that the thermostat housing is different on the 2 cars, because the 2.4 had Downdraught Solex carbs , whereas the 240 had SUs , and the manifolds were correspondingly different

Christopher is correct they are both different. The 240 using the straight port head whereas the 2.4 uses the B series head
