Does anyone have a good supplier recommendation for the black adhesive front number plate plus letters/numbers?
Also, are the digits silver or white?
thanks

Silver or white - your choice, both are correct although probably silver on your car. I prefer to use Tippers plates http://www.tippersvintageplates.co.uk/ as they will handcut the characters in the correct 1960's font if you ask. Framptons are cheaper but you will get the current modern computer cut font.

+1 for Tippers. they did the pressed alloy plate for my restored motorcycle. Excellent quality and price.
