Good evening all.

Does anyone make a new centre instrument panel?

I have googled it but not much comes up.

Hi Lee dont just assume that if you buy new everything will fit perfect...it wont....far better to use original and repair if you can.....have you thought about starting a restoration thread....would be great to have some photos now you have a car to restore..... Steve

Exactly my point about buying original.....surely if it’s just damaged threads then buy a tap and die type set....I have bought all mine second hand on eBay...all been worthwhile

Not quite that simple. You can buy the centre instrument panel from a Mk2 or Mk10 which look identical but have a different hinge mount that would be difficult to adapt to the E-Type without some welding.
