Great shame, although many of the employees were also so far up there own backsides, Hood’s personality certainly rubbed off. I for one was never impressed by the gloss over some very bulled up E-types. The quality of the workmanship in three of the cars I looked at was skin deep, and a friend and I walked away. One other aspect to all this involves the classic car magazines. Not one of them carried the sort of reporting you would expect following such fraud. In the classic car scene, this is huge news....Or was this another case of threatening to pull very expansive marketing budgets......it really doesn’t add up.
