How do I replace the ignition condenser on my 70 etype?

This should be a very simple procedure....far easier to do than actually explain....look at it take a few photos and start to remove the old one takeing care with the small screw and plastic insulators....replace with the new one in the reverse order..the service manual for your car.will show details....Steve

Hi John,plugs points and condensor used to be a regular maintenance item in the cars of my youth,if your car is running fine I would leave well alone,a lot of suspect reproduction ignition components out there.

As Gerry says....regular job. Bit fiddly and be careful not to drop screws or nuts into the dizzy!
