Julian, thanks a million for a superb day. It was extremely informative and enjoyable, and an exemplary approach to getting it right for your customers. You have a team to be very proud of too!
Thank you too for giving me a spin in the i-pace....an addictive machine I suspect, tho not as addictive as an E type... :thankyouyellow:

Very good day with quite a lot of issues covered......SNGB are certainly dedicated to Quality and customer service and have set up teams to ensure this is focused on and continually improved going forward.......Their suppliers are also scrutinised to improve quality across products not made in house.....Julian will be reporting back on issues raised and on ways of improving their services and products....this will be ongoing to allow members who could not attend today to contribute. .....great to meet up with other members and thanks to SNGB for their hospitality. ....Steve

:yeahthat: :thankyouyellow:

Great team of people working behind the scenes to get the parts quality to be as good as possible. Also plenty of constructive ideas from Forum members on where further improvements could be made. Some travelled a long distance to be there so a big thank you to all for helping make the day a success.

All I can do is add my thanks to all that has been said on the other posts. A great day, which proved extremely informative. SNGB have a unique strategy far and away better than their competitors about wanting to please their customers by improving the quality of their product. The fact that honest feedback is so important to the team at Bridgnorth is, I’m sure, going to generate the success they strive. That has to be good news for us, their customers. Thank you Julian, and your team, keep up the good work.

I’ll add my thanks to Julian and his team for a very informative day and well done for embracing “Quality” in such a positive way. It can only be good for us all.

On a personal note, I was so pleased to see Dave Adlington progressing through the company, as he was my sales contact 10 years ago when I was doing the serious work on the car - he was unbelievably helpful.

I agree with Ray, Dave is a real star both when I dealt with him in sales and yesterday (he was the first to present) when he had to face the initial stream of questions from Members. He did it with a smile, projected a great personality and was at the podium for almost an hour! Julian has put together a great team that many companies would be envious of.

Thank you for a very informative and interesting day Julian.

To make your senior team available to us for the best part of a day was very generous and demonstrates the importance you are placing on the quality side of your organisation. You deserve your success.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour too.

Finally, it was nice to meet and put faces to many of the contributors on this forum.

Regards to all
Ash

If we ever do another I was thinking of also making it an interactive webinar so Members who cannot make it and those from around the World can take part as well. It would also be available for later viewing via YouTube. There would need to be sufficient demand to make it worthwhile. Just a thought.

It's great that everybody had a good time etc. etc. but what happened? What was discussed? Were there any specific issues discussed and strategies agreed? Was a shortlist of improvement priorities drawn up?

Would be nice to know....
