Hi, can anyone advise me if the 2" thick foam insert between the gearbox top and the tunnel cover is made of anything special? ie is it fire or oil resistant etc.
I have some foam I can use to do this but its from a sofa!!
Would there be a problem using this?
Many thanks
Steve

Thanks very much.
I have now found an earlier thread on this which answers all my questions.
I should have looked more thoroughly first. It appears to be OK!!
Thanks again.

I would have thought that fire retardant foam would be a wise choice. Modern furniture foam should be ok and the furniture marked as such.
