#1 Seat Lever Font and Wording?

Post by 288gto » Fri Jul 17, 2020 7:53 am

Hi,

I'm trying to copy the font and text on the original seat levers but unfortunately don't have originals to look at. From the factory fit pictures I have "ULL -LEVER" without the "P" , is that correct even on later cars?

Thanks.

Sorry David have I missed something else in there? I got the picture from the very post you linked to, I just wondered if they ever sorted the typo or did it stay like that. I feel the need to correct it on my new blank levers. :seeingstars:

The company name was Leveroll and the text should therefore be LEVEROLL- (note the dash). In that photo the O has been poorly embossed and ended up looking like a U. I really need to find a better example for that post!

Come on Simon, the headmaster had to have you in his study in your battery retro mod thread, now he’s having to do the same here. There’ll be detention or worse if you keep on like this :wow:
