Hi all ,This was on my E when I 1st got it , my E is a very early ( November the 3rd 64) 4.2
So I then fitted the more usual 4.2 syncro knob , the R is in the right place for the syncro 4.2 box . And the thread is correct for the stick . Any ideas on what Jaguar model it's from , Regards nosey of orpington

You should know better than come on here for authentication of "rare" parts.

If only you had sent me a consultancy fee first, I could have given it as much provenance as you could afford.
