Its a good thing.
I have watched the market for prewar America cars basically collapse over there as the enthusiastic owners get old and pass away, without the "yoof" stepping in. They are just not interested, no one seems to want them.
Porsche 911s form the 60's have captured a younger monied demographic and values and enthusiasm has risen significantly over the last 10 years.
The reason his opinion is important is because he is relatively young, and therefore his opinion is shared by others of a similar age and mindset. They may also have disposable income as well.
He also influences the opinion of others.
I think I can see enthusiasm from the E type from the younger generations, as it is not just another old car, which would be good for E-types.
