#1 Front brake calipers fitment

Will the original S1 3.8 calipers fit S2 models as well, were they the same through the range of e types? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Danny,
I think you will find that the bolt spacing are bigger on the Series 2 and therefore won’t fit.

Am I wrong in thinking that the Series 2 had 3 piston front calipers, which gave it much better braking efficiency than the Series 1?

I always thought the Series 2 got the same brake set up as my 420 Sovereign.

Regards
Stuart

It looks that way from images I saw online.
