What a great clip from yesteryear. Sadly, in the UK, if we add up all the "privations" that have occurred since then, it's a considerable surprise that there's any cars on the road at all.

Mind you..... if you look at the stretch of the M25 which houses the M3, M4 and Heathrow junctions, the average speed is often about 10mph which makes a bit of a mockery of the 70mph limit!
