I have a two sided "frame" engine stand which allow the engine to be turned through 360 degrees which is for sale. Easily strong enough for a Jaguar engine and adjustable in width for bigger units. Send me a PM if interested....I am in South West London.

If you were thinking of this type
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11938&p=139269&hili ... nd#p139269
then the prototype that SNGB used to base their production from is somewhere floating around the UK, and I can probably arrange for you to borrow it.
How long do you need it for ?

Rory, should it become available in 2024 when I hope to tackle my OTS engine I’d be pleased to borrow it for a suitable donation or even buy it to then loan out to others on the forum.

Made an engine cradle adapter. It’s not a new idea but changed slightly in that I’ve used 4 small plates to bolt the engine cradle bracket as I didn’t have any 60 mm thick walled pipe.

That's a very good bit of lateral thinking, Pat.
I wish it had been my idea, it's a much better approach to the problem.
