#1 4.2 engine internal measurements

Hello everyone!

Can anyone of you that have a shop manual for an E-Type with a 4.2 engine provide me with all the specs measurements of the inside of the engine, IE bore, stroke and all other vital numbers to evaluate wear? I would like to see if I need to replace my piston rings or crankshaft bearings?
