#1 s2 light blue

Post by carlgaywood » Wed Oct 21, 2015 11:48 am

hi, does anyone have a car with the s2 light blue body that I could come see in or around south london / kent.

It's always hard to judge a colour from a picture but this colour in particular seems to be completely different in every photo i look at.

e.g these 3 pics of the same car

I have a s2 2+2 that is with Angus and will need re-painting.
I'm not sure if I should stick to the current colour - light blue. [/img]

Hi Carl,

I can't help with a blue car but when I had to choose paint colour I found it useful watching the 2011 Silverstone procession of circa 800 cars. It was really helpful for me to see the cars on the move in different lights. And also to work out what colours I did & didn't like. Here's one of the links I used & I think it has a few light blue cars.

Carl : on my screen, at any rate, the third pic is closest to the S2 powder/light blue . It is a pleasant, not too vivid , solid blue
