It seems that the under bonnet heater intake scoops seem to be different between at least the S1 and the S1 2+2.
The version for the S1 seems to be around 95 Euros, BD 19730, link:

The version for the S1 2+2 seems to be around 170 Euros, BD 22480: link:

Now - why do they differ, what is different ? Mine is missing so I never saw one in the flesh. I would have thought that the air ducts are the same, and the heater should not be different ?

#2 Re: Different under bonnet heater scoops ?
Hi Carsten,
I don't know why they are different, I cannot answer your question.
But the common dealers say, that the more expensive, bowed scoop is for the 2+2-cars. Nevertheless, I have it in my short Ser.1 4.2 and I am very sure, that this is original. When I look to the near VIN's in xkedata, they all have this scoop in the short cars.
If you want to, I can borrow you the part to test the fitting.
